Wedding Coordination & Planning Support for international couples marrying in Portugal

You said yes to Portugal. That was the easy part.

The rest is everything that comes with planning a wedding from somewhere else entirely — vendors who don't reply, contracts you can't fully read, decisions that feel too big to make from this far away. I close that distance, so by the time you land in Portugal, there's nothing left to feel but ready.

The Portugal Wedding Coordination Package

When you're 3–4 months out from your wedding, you shouldn't be the one answering vendor emails or double-checking timelines, you should be getting ready to get married. The Coordination Package takes that weight off completely: I take over vendor communication, build and finalize your timeline, and manage your entire wedding day on-site, from setup to send-off.

How It Works

You've been planning for months. I start by going through all of it — every vendor confirmed, contracts signed, and open items. I identify what's missing, what's most likely to cause a problem, and what needs to happen next. You leave with a clear action plan. I leave knowing your wedding inside out.

Step 1 | We go through everything together

Step 2 | I fill the gaps and build the logistics

A few vendors are still open at this stage — typically cake, transport, a content creator, or the rehearsal dinner. I shortlist the right options so you're not spending another evening in a Facebook group. Then I build the complete logistics plan and from this point forward, vendors contact me, not you.

In the week before, I'm walking your venue, confirming setup, managing anything that comes up. On your wedding day I'm there. Managing arrivals, running the timeline, solving anything that comes up quietly to ensure you live your best day stress free.

Step 3 | The full timeline is built for you

I build your complete day-of timeline. Every moment from when the florist arrives to the timing of your first dance. In the final weeks I confirm every detail with every supplier so nothing is left to chance before you board the plane.

Step 4 | You show up as the couple, not the coordinator

Not every couple needs a full season of support. Sometimes it's just one thing standing between you and a little peace of mind. A vendor shortlist. A venue scouted in person. One clear answer to the question you've been sitting with for weeks. This is help exactly where you need it, with no ongoing commitment attached.

Not ready for Coordination Yet? There’s still a place to start

Hi, I’m Sabryna

I've spent 10 years in the wedding industry. It started in college, assisting a planner in my Michigan hometown, which turned into coordinating weddings of my own. Somewhere along the way, it became the work I know best. I love the chaos and magic of watching something beautiful come together in a single day.

In May 2026, I took a trip to Lisbon, and came home a different person. I immediately began figuring out how to move there. Some things you just know.

Somewhere between falling in love with Lisbon and planning an international move, something clicked. I kept thinking about the couples trying to plan a destination wedding in Portugal from thousands of miles away — no local contact, no vetted vendors, few planners who understood the gap. And I'd just experienced firsthand what it feels like to arrive somewhere breathtaking and have absolutely no idea how anything works.

I also know this: the best things in life, the ones that matter, don’t happen alone. A great wedding isn’t just a beautiful venue and a good florist. It’s a village of people who care, show up, and do their part.

That's how the The Portugal Bride Co. was born: 10 years of industry experience, a move to Lisbon I couldn't talk myself out of, and a real gap in the market for couples who deserve a beautiful planning experience. Because planning from abroad shouldn’t mean planning blind.
